Stadium Management Ltd is a SME (Small to Medium size Enterprise) consultancy and operations firm based in South and Central London. We specialise in large scale event management, specialising in transport planning & traffic management.
Stadia events occur on a more regular basis enabling us to monitor and revise the operational plans on a match by match basis. This means we can implement strategies for festivals and other one-off events that have been tried and tested on the major and mega sporting events.
We have a business model that can expand and contract staff as required, ensuring value for money. Each team member has a wealth of experience with each of our team members having over 5 years' experience in their individual discipline. Our team consists of directors, project managers, transport engineers, CAD engineers, GIS engineers, transport modellers, and admin support staff.
We have a vast network of UK and worldwide suppliers with whom we have long standing relationships and contracts. This ensures that we can supply and deliver all elements of a transport plan under one roof and ensures we are obtaining value for money for the client with our internal procurement process – we can offer a one stop shop approach.
We have internal procurement processes to ensure that we are getting best value for our clients from all our suppliers.
Our management team has over 20 year's experience within the stadia and events industry which enables us to draw on operational innovations and techniques that we have used or devised that are tried and tested on an Olympic scale. We then appropriately scale these ways of working to ensure they can provide successful delivery on all sizes and types of events.
